Covalent (CQT) - is the native ERC-20 token of the Covalent Network. Covalent provides a unified API bringing visibility to billions of blockchain data points. Covalent leverages big-data technologies to create meaning from hundreds of billions of data points, delivering actionable insights to investors and allowing developers to allocate resources to higher-utility goals within their organization. CQT token has three primary purposes: CQT is a governance token, for staking assets. And CQT is a network access token that fulfils data queries for users of the API. The token was created by Ganesh Swami, who is a physicist by training, and started his career designing algorithms for cancer drugs in the pharmaceutical space.
