Bancor wallet

Bancor (BNT) is the ERC20 token of the Bancor network. Bancor consists of a series of smart contracts that manage the on-chain conversion of tokens. Bancor provides on-net exchange without the need for third-party platforms. One critical element of the Bancor network is automatic pricing. This comes from the built-in automated Smart Tokens market makers (which form a price based on capitalization and trading volumes by blocking part of the funds in the contract). The authors of the project are employees of the B.Protocol Foundation, a Swiss non-profit foundation. Bancor was founded by Eyal Hertzog, Yudi Levi, and Galia and Guy Benartzi in 2017. It was named "Bancor" to honor John Maynard Keynes, who came up with the word 76 years ago to describe a supranational currency.
